Ascenso Monarca 2026 – Rise, Lead, Inspire

At Sueño Monarca, we believe your journey shouldn't be traveled alone. Ascenso Monarca is a community where immigrant youth and young professionals (ages 18–26) connect with mentors who have actually "been there." Whether you want to master a trade, start a business, or navigate university life, we provide the network to help you climb. Join our 2026 founding cohort and turn your goals into a reality.

Mentee Frequently Asked Questions

  • We primarily serve young people aged 18–24. However, we welcome younger students who are eager to start their career journey early!

  • Safety is our priority. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult or legal guardian at all times during mentorship sessions and program activities.

  • Nothing. The Ascenso Monarca program is free for mentees.

  • We ask for a 10-12 week commitment. This includes one meeting per week with your mentor (virtually or in person), attending one Sueño Monarca event, and working toward a specific goal like a résumé or a job application.
