Tell Congress: No More Tax Dollars for ICE & CBP. We Demand Accountability!

Urgent: Members of Congress are considering more funding for ICE & CBP as they negotiate the government spending bill before the January 30th deadline.

Last year Congress already cut vital, life-saving programs so they could provide more resources for ICE, bringing ICE’s total budget in 2025 to $28.7 billion, nearly tripling their 2024 budget. This increased budget has only resulted in more harm, more deaths, and more dehumanization of people across the country at the hands of immigration officers.

Now, Democrats and Republicans in Congress are planning to give ICE MORE money to harm our communities. The proposed 2026 fiscal year funding bill includes…

  • $400 million more for detention

  • $370 million more for enforcement

  • Funds for body cameras, trainings for immigration agents, and inspections of detention centers with no accountability measures

Congress cannot give ICE and CBP another dollar while they continue to terrorize our communities. In 2026, we demand real limits, strict accountability, and an end to this violence. Send an email to your representative today to demand they oppose additional funding for ICE and CBP this year!
